Dear Parents,
We are very sad and grieved on the unfortunate incident happened last day near the school. We express our deep felt condolence on this very unfortunate incident. In the light of this accident we have the following requests to the parents.
| 1. | Please instruct the drivers who are transporting your children to collect them together from the bus and hand over to the person at the entrance of the academic area in the KG or PREP Section. |
| 2. | Please ensure that no driver is dropping the child near the school and running away. |
| 3. | If your child is absent due to any reason please inform the school in the morning itself. |
| 4. | Please keep the contact details of the driver and keep in constant contact with them. |
| 5. | Please ensure that your children are getting enough sleep during night hours. It is appreciated if a good time table ensuring sufficient sleep for the children is followed. |
| It is also arranged that if the child is not reporting to the school, the class teacher will be contacting the parent before 8.30 a.m. everyday. Parents are requested to comply with this arrangement very sincerely in order to avoid any untoward incidents in the future. | |
